Since the propionate ester is used with this compound, injections need to be repeated at least every 3 or 4 days in order to maintain a consistent level of hormone in the blood
Clinical Dosage
Drostanolone propionate is indicated for the management of the anemia of renal insufficiency and has been shown to increase hemoglobin and red cell mass. Surgically induced anephric patients have been reported to be less responsive.
Primary hypogonadism testicular failure due to cryptorchidism, bilateral torsion orchitis, vanishing testis syndrome, or orchidectomy. Prologed androgen treatment will be required to maintain sexual characteristics in these and other males who develop testosterone propionate deficiency after puberty.
Drostanolone propionate have also been used to treat refractory anemias and in selected cases of osteoporosis along with oestrogens and Breast cancer
Recreational Usage
The basic benefits of Drostanolone propionate are relatively simple; a leaner and harder physique. It is important to note this level of hardness in-which it can provide will not be of a significant nature if a physique has a thick layer of fat covering it; yes, this steroid will promote fat loss to a degree but it will not on its own make a fat physique ripped to the bone.
Drostanolone propionate is most beneficial when we are already in a lean state, when body-fat is already low; not only will it help unburden you from some of that last hard to lose fat but make the physique harder in appearance than without. To be specific, when speaking of low body-fat and the use of this steroid we’re speaking of 8% or lower with 6% or lower being far more optimal.
While hardness and the bit of fat loss it can promote are two fantastic traits in their own right it is by far hardly the most interesting benefit. By its nature Drostanolone propionate actively inhibits the aromatase process to a degree.
Drostanolone propionate does not aromatize in the first place but it appears to weaken the aromatase effect of many other anabolic steroids, such as testosterone propionate. As we have discussed Masteron Forte hardens on its own but it is the anti-aromatase effect that really brings out this trait, for it is the aromatase effect that causes estrogen buildup and it is a buildup of estrogen that can often make a physique soft.
Dosage
Therapeutic Dosage:
Males: 200-300mg per week along with testosterone propionate
Females : Under severe circumstances 100-200mg spread throughout the week
Recreational Dosage:
Males: 700-1000mg per week

Side Effects
Most of the side-effects caused by anabolic steroids are due to the aromatase effect and as we’ve discussed Drostanolone propionate does not aromatize, therefore making side-effects such as Gynecomastia and water retention no concern.
Most of the side-effects associated with Drostanolone propionate will be similar to many DHT based steroids but only to a degree and they are in this case very few.
The two most common side-effects are going to be hair loss and or acne; however, we must note, Drostanolone propionate will only make you lose some of your hair. and acne is very individualistic and often based on sensitivity.
Beyond these side-effects, Drostanolone propionate doesn’t seem to have many strong negative effects
